We are not a hotel but a small high quality guesthouse located at one the best possible locations in Prague few minutes walking distance from all major sights in Prague (Old Town square - 400 metres, Charles bridge 500 metres, 15 mins walk from Prague castle). There is no permanent reception so we kindly ask you to provide us with information about your estimated arrival time upon your booking or via email.
We would like to inform you in advance that Czech law treats vacation rental apartments as a regular hotel facility and so we are obliged by the Czech law to collect your personal data including the passport or ID card number and to collect city fee 50 CZK/person/night on behalf of the municipality, which is not included in the price and is to be paid in full before check-in. We'll send you a link for the data collection and the city fee payment (online payment by card with CVC) before your arrival.
Why should you stay with us? We have renovated an apartment in a quiet house with designers to achieve simplicity in the design and make sure you have a comfortable stay at our guesthouse. We want to be your concierge in Prague not only a place to stay. Our staff knows Prague. We like to give you personal introdution and map with great restaurants, famous bars and places to visit that are of the beaten path. We love our city and want you to fall in love with Prague too. Wifi is for free in the entire apartment.

The neighbourhood's name says it all - Old Town. Historically the centre of Prague. When our grandmothers were walking across the Charles bridge from castle area they would say they go to the city (nowadays downtown Prague is much bigger :)
