Brand new modern one bedroom apartment on the Universal Residences complex in Paphos. Modern buildings, with expansive windows, lifts to all floors and stunning pool and lawned area.
This apartment is on the first floor, offering a well appointed kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. The apartment offers a large double bedroom, blackout curtains, dressing table and large wardrobes. In the spacious lounge area there is an L-shaped sofa that offers extra accommodation for a 3rd guest and a wardrobe in this area too. The flat screen wall mounted tv provides international channels. The dining area is within the lounge. The apartment provides free airconditioning. The balcony terrace is shaded and looks out over the pool area and is ideal for alfresco dining.
