... we, Markus and Sascha, from the beautiful Rhineland near Koblenz came to Boa Vista as tourists for the first time in 2012. For 4 weeks we got to know and love the island and the local life. When we left we knew that we would like to vacation here more often in the future. So it happened that until 2019 we spent our annual vacation at Cristina Brito, Vila Cristina. In October 2021 we bought our city apartment and in January/February 2022 we completely rebuilt it. We planned and drew, created lists for the electrical system, the bathrooms and everything else you need to furnish an apartment. So it happened that we flew out at the beginning of January 2022 with around 500 kg of luggage, hoping we had thought of everything. We started the renovation and it took a full 2 ​​months. On our departure day at the end of February, the apartment could finally be cleaned. We have been renting it out ever since and are proud that guests who vacation there are thrilled. Our effort was worth it and we are happy to share it. In November 2022 we received an offer to buy a house in Parque das Dunas, our favorite and quiet place. We didn't think twice and did it. Our apartments are ideal for a relaxing and relaxing holiday. Some people like city life more, others like the peace and quiet. We offer exactly the right thing for both. Here you'll find everything you need for cooking, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini-oven, and dishwasher. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine is conveniently located next door. Enjoy the tranquility of your private terrace, perfect for relaxing. The studio is ideal for one person but can also accommodate two. The dining area is situated on the terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. Please note that the Lagoon Residence is still under construction, which may result in some construction noise. However, you will receive a 20% construction discount, which is already included in the nightly rate. Completion of the complex is scheduled for November/December. All our accommodations are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are located on the terraces. Significant additional charges may apply for violations of the no-smoking policy. For your safety, our accommodation offers 24-hour security. Payment can be made in cash; a 3% fee applies to card payments.
