A brand new charming and modern Aparthotel with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. Three block walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Puntarenas and downtown Puntarenas. Next to a recently renovated beautiful park. Wifi and air conditioning included.
Free outdoor parking under the building in reserved spaces--cameras for security. Police patrol regularly in the area around the park. For the safety of our permanent residents, private/gated parking is NOT available.
