Not Found is a space designed for the contemporary traveler. We have emphasized the details, designing an ideal place to rest and share in a hidden corner of the epicenter of Viña del Mar. We invite you to lose yourself to find us.

The neighborhood is located steps from the Municipal Theater, Plaza Sucre and Quinta Vergara. You will also find a pedestrian promenade with many typical restaurants, craft fair, commercial stores and, in addition, Valparaíso Street, main artery of Viña del Mar, is just steps away. Spas, Flower Clock, Casino, Wulff Castle, San Martin Ave. and Av. Peru, among others, are approximately 1.3 km away (15 minutes walking) and very close to locomotion. This has three pedestrian accesses (no vehicular entrance), so passengers must walk approximately 100 meters. In addition, it is important to mention that we are located on the third floor of a building without an elevator.

Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA), tourist must present a copy of the immigration card, valid passport and pay with USD in cash. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
