Kia Orana, Hi and welcome to RARO PALMS, Tree-House, Located in the town area of Rarotonga, near to Avatiu & Avarua, everything is WALKABLE into town, the markets, food shopping, arts and crafts, cafes, takeaway and nightlife. Raro Palms treehouse is built around a large mango tree, you will share with all the local birds, it's a perfect bond of union between you and the birds sharing the same space in time up in the TREETOPS. Once you get up there in the Treep top, then you experience the peace we get living amongst the birds, the land, and the mountains in Rarotonga. The birds will wake you up to their local calls and tweets, reminding you it's time to get up and go off and explore. The view is amazing from up there, and the walk into town is only 5 minutes, or you can rent a car or scooter and enjoy more of beautiful Rarotonga. It's been very popular with guests staying before we decided to open it back up to holiday rental, longer term, with a minimum stay of 5 days or more, no children under 18, as the treetop is high and would not suit young living for safety reasons. It suits a couple or 3 friends. There is plenty of fruit on the property: bananas, mangoes, pawpaws, and coconuts. Help yourself to anything when it is in season. Kia Orana, we hope you love Raro Palms Treetops living just as we have. This was the 1st place we built because of our love for views, the mountains, land and ocean, and thought it would be a nice experience to live up high in the treetops with the birds. Many birds come and enjoy the mango tree with us, and the chickens often sleep up in the tree. We find it peaceful up high away from everything down low, the breeze is very refreshing, and you can lock up the trellis gates and sleep with all your doors open if you like, very comfy and safe. The views of the mountains and land are very stunning; you can sit and just peacefully enjoy the surroundings.

The village is very nice and clean. We are located on the back road close to the town area, so everything is walkable, markets, shopping, takeaways, cafes, and even swimming is close. The bus stop is just outside down the road, or you can hire a car and explore more of the island, as everything is natural and beautiful, unspoiled Rarotonga living.
