The tastefully furnished house in Meiringen built in 2022 offers maximum comfort for up to ten people. The house is in a quiet part of the municipality called Balm; it is not in the centre of the highest tourist traffic, but all amenities can be reached on foot or by bike. There is a wonderful view of the mountains and the waterfall from the house with a living area of 130 m² and the garden. You can reach the chairlift to the slopes of the Meiringen - Hasliberg ski resort on foot from the house, or you can take a ski bus 50 m away from the house.
The first floor has a sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, each of which can be furnished with either a double bed or two single beds. We naturally also offer the option of a cot or an extra bed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and bathtub on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with an island next to the large living room, offering modern equipment including a dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and a fondue and raclette set. The dining table and kitchen equipment are for up to twelve people. The living room has a corner sofa that can be opened up into a spacious double bed, and there is naturally also a flat screen TV. There is also a second bathroom with a toilet and a shower, as well as a technical room with a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. This room is also used to store skis.
Up to 3 cars can be parked in front of the house.
