You will stay in a comfortable vintage motor sailer with fiberglass hull, okumè wood interior and teak exterior deck 1981. The boat has a kitchen dining area and a sleeping area with sink and toilet. The shower with hot water is available in the harbor master's office. The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy.

The port of Minusio - Tenero is located to the extreme north of Lake Maggiore in an area surrounded by greenery and out of traffic. Adjacent to the port is the Approdo restaurant, an enchanting place for lunches, aperitifs and dinners with a terrace overlooking the lake. A few hundred meters away there is an interesting choice of restaurants and various services. Only 10 min Locarno! From the port, in 15 minutes to the south, you will reach Piazza Grande in Locarno by pedaling along the enchanting cycle-pedestrian path that runs along the shore of Lake Maggiore. To the north, as far as Bellinzona, the Magadino plain extends, the "Ticino's granary", with its vast network of cycle paths. The Tenero sports center and a shopping center are within 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot. This location is also an excellent starting point for excursions to the magnificent Verzasca and Maggia valleys or Gambarogno region.
