The cozy, well-kept apartment is quiet and easily accessible by car, the road is snow-sure in winter. Ground floor: living-dining room with open kitchen, entrance with cloakroom, balcony with garden furniture Basement: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, garden sitting area with garden furniture Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bathroom with sink, WC; Shower and washing machine.
