Well located and cozy house in a peaceful neighbourhood.
The property is well located close to many amenities that are available at a walking distance or a short drive. There is Trent university at a 14 mins walk. The Oshawa Centre located at a 23 mins walk. Thermëa Spa Village at a 15 mins drive. Oshawa Little Theatre at a 10 mins drive. Oshawa Generals Ohl Hockey at a 9 mins drive.
