In addition, the unit is equipped with a NoiseAware device. This does not record conversations—it only monitors noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for you and the community. This cozy one-bedroom condo is perfect for up to four guests. Step inside to a welcoming living room with a plush sofa bed, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Crave, and sliding doors that open to your private patio—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening chats. An additional nook with a single bed offers a quiet place for extra guests. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with soft linens, creating a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combo, spacious vanity, and complimentary essentials such as towels, shampoo, and conditioner. Cook and dine with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stainless-steel stove and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle.
