Our Modern home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms , powder room & an expansive kitchen and living space. The 3400 sq ft home is minutes drive to Highway 401 and Go station. Reach Downtown Toronto in 45 Minutes . Experience amazing Beach, walking Trails & stunning Scenic views . Enjoy Water sports activities within minutes from house. Near all major amenities including restaurants, grocery, laundromat, banks, drug mart etc.

Bus /Transit system takes to the GO station and stops right in front of the house. 401 Expressway is a couple of minutes drive - Private tandem parking on the drive way and Street parking is also available.
