The Okavango Delta experienced differently from a one of a kind owner designed & built canvas and wood cabin overlooking a hippo lagoon with over 40 hippos and almost daily elephant visits. Enjoy stargazing out in the majestic unpolluted sky or horseback riding through the fragrant sage bushes. Connect with the locals on a village tour and meet the charismatic chief who also happens to be the village DJ. Off grid in Nxaraga is a unique and tranquil experience.
I retired early from a colourful career in the creative industry and have found a new calling in farm life and coaching.
Nxaraga is a village on the currently dry waterways. Our home is on an island overlooking a hippo lagoon with about 40 hippos. When river is full the island is accessed via boat. The neighborhood is serene and filled with beautiful animal life.
