Please note that the hotel requires guests to send written cancellation requests, advisably 15 days before check-in date. All cancellations have to be approved by the hotel. Reservations that are unpaid by the dates set in the negotiation will be automatically canceled.
Guests with a Brazilian credit card have the option of paying their hotel bill in installments. Further information is provided directly by the hotel.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
