For greater convenience and security during your stay, the Hotel has adopted the following guarantee policy for additional expenses:

Guests with a credit card: a pre-authorization will be made for an amount corresponding to 30% of the total daily rate, as a guarantee for any additional expenses.

Guests without a credit card: a security deposit in cash, PIX or debit card will be requested, in the same amount.

Any unused amount will be refunded in full after checking all expenses.
