Brand new 2021 apartment, located 5 min away, walking, from New Bulgarian University. It has everything you need for a short or long stay - king size bed, dining area, modern bathroom with toilet, fully equipedkitchen, wardrobe with hangers, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony where you can smoke, etc. It is perfect for a romantic getaway, business travels, solo travelers, students and everyone who enjoys modern designs combined with coziness and quiet atmosphere.
We are aways available for the guests to call/ text us with any questions.
The area around the university is one of a kind. It is mainly populated with young people - students and families - who make the neigbourhood vibrant and unique. There are cafes, restaurants and shisha bars - perfect for a night out. There is a park nearby and few medical centers. The guests can find big supermarkets such as Billa, Fantastico and Pepco, as well as non-stop shops right next to the building. There is a metro station 5 min away, and a bus station right in front of the apartment. If you need some tips on how to get by, we are aways a text or a call away! ^.^
