Hi, my name is Ewa and I’m the manager of Studio Brussels Airport. I try to give our guests the best experience possible. To do that I keep the apartments as clean and tidy as possible. You probably won’t see me since we don’t have a physical reception but I’m always reachable and ready to help! I will personally send you your entrance code after booking and provide you my phone number where you can reach me in case you have any questions. We tried to answer most of the most common questions by making a little welcome book which you will find inside the apartment. See you soon!

Property information

This apartment is in a building with 3 other similar apartments. All our apartments have a keyboard to open the doors. After booking the apartment you will receive your personal access code via the Booking chat. (If you do not have the mobile app, these messages will be sent to you by email, so be sure to check your spam!). A few days before your stay we will send this code via sms to the mobile number you specified. By using these codes there isn’t any key transfer. As a result, it is not necessary for us to always be present and so there isn’t a physical reception in the building. But WE ARE ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE. We provide a 24/7 TELEPHONE RECEPTION. If you have any questions, encounter a problem or need anything else, you can always call or send us a message. This apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. In total this apartment is suitable for 4 people. NOTE: There is no elevator in the building!

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the village center of Zaventem, a 5-minute drive from the airport. It is easily accessible by car, taxi or public transport (train and bus). Parking: A large public parking is located a few meters from the apartment. This is free if you use the blue parking disc (we provide this in the apartment). You must place the parking disc under your frontwindow between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. You can park for 4 hours with the parking disc. (after 8 pm this is no longer necessary). If you are staying with us for several days and would like to leave the car for a full day, you can park it next to the train station (a 5-minute walk away). Here you can leave the car for 11 hours (also with the blue parking disc).
