Recently renovated apartment located in an authentic cottage coastal villa at 50m from the seawall. natural stone worktop, equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven-microwave and large fridge/freezer invites you to cook. -The living space exudes authenticity with high ceilings and moldings. Equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people -Spacious bedroom with a large double bed - flat screen HD4K - Netflix -telenet - strong WIFI - NO BIKES allowed in the apartment!
I have a preference for old and authentic buildings. I decorated this apartment with materials referring to yesteryear. It is with great pleasure that I present this unique building a breath away from the seawall. I hope you will have a nice memory of it.
The apartment is ideally located just 20m from the shopping street, 50m from the sea and beach; Baker across the street and Delhaize supermarket about 200m.
