WIFI: Complimentary wi-fi is available at the property, login information will be provided in your check in instructions and welcome book. HEATING/ COOLING: Property features a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main lounge room, with ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, basic condiments provided (Spices, oil, salt, pepper, sauces) Coffee, Tea, sugar, hot chocolate provided. Please note no dishwasher. DINING: A dining table is located off the kitchen, seating 4 guests. An additional 2 dining spots are located at the kitchen bench. There is also easy access to the wrap around veranda from this room via sliding door. LOUNGE: A large lounge suit will comfortably seat multiple guests with large smart TV. Various apps available, guests will need to log into their own accounts. Access to the veranda through two exits. OUTDOOR: The property features a wrap around veranda to the property with closable sun rooms on the bedroom side, this veranda can be accessed via the dining room, lounge and two bedrooms. The property is enclosed with a fence. INFANTS/ CHILDREN: Children and infants are welcome at this property. Guests will need to bring high chair and porta cot with them. PETS: No Pets.
