The main residence and guest house also offer laundry facilities. Off-street parking is available for up to six cars, with extra street parking and a Tesla EV charger in the garage. Within a leisurely 800 metre walk, guests can reach One Mile Beach - popular with local surfers (beginner and advanced alike) and home to the iconic giant sandhill (a favourite for sand sliding and boarding). Nearby, Bennetts Head Lookout offers breathtaking 360-degree views stretching from The Tanks down to Cape Hawke and across One Mile Beach. Forster’s Main Beach and the Ocean Baths are only 1.5 kilometres away, while guests can link up to the scenic Bicentennial Walk at the end of Boundary Street, which winds from One Mile Beach, past The Tanks, and all the way to Main Beach. Just 1.5 kilometres from the property, Forster’s CBD boasts a vibrant hub of cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and distilleries to explore.
