This property offers a 3 bedroom house plus self contained cottage that sleeps 9 people all inclusive. We cater for wedding and events.. with the option to camp or caravan. We are a pet friendly farm stay, the property consists of multiple dwellings which consist of an onsite caretaker, a friendly dog, and the possibility of other guests residing seperate from the main buildings. We can provide live music (depending on availability and budget). Our onsite care taker is here to assist with your stay if need be.

This open plan house and cottage offers a wonderful holiday escape with a relaxed country feel and only minutes to the beach. Perfect for families and small groups. Weather it be a business conference, or a boys fishing weekend away, we are able to cater for your needs. The property offers a full stainless steel sink and chest freezer for your catch. Under cover parking for boats and cars. A spacious outdoor area offers a large 8 seater table along with a BBQ. Let us connect you to all the hidden gems Agnes Water has to offer. Please be advised, this property offers a complete variety of accomodation options......Where it be our self contained cottage Bonniedoon......The Captains quarters, for that affordable motel room feel with a bit of GLAM.....perhaps our top deck house. For large groups and camping options feel free to contact us! We are pet freindly, and do charge a small fee.....Strictly no pets or smoking inside any of the dwellings......We allow pets inside the Captains Quarters and Bonniedoon....Pets are not to be left unattended inside any of the rooms. All pets are to be of good nature, irresponsible pet owners will be asked kindly to leave or remove pets from the poperty....we do have local kennles if need be. The property houses a caretaker and the communal Pooch.....always looking forward to his next playmate! Please check out our getaway options, and feel free to contact us direct, for any further enquiries! Sunny's Piece Of Paradise is a working farm, please feel free to enquire about our permaculture and arts and crafts workshops.......bookings are essential.

The Main Street with cafes, restaurants. Spar, food works,bakery, pharmacy,tavern/bottle shop/Tab, newsagents and petrol station only a few minutes drive away. The 1770 marina precinct offers fabulous Portuguese takeaway restaurant, and Katrina’s Bar around the corner, with entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights to compliment our gorgeous sunsets.. Sunny's place is situated on one of the best streets in Agnes, quiet and friendly, with only local traffic, however far enough to have your privacy and turn the music up that little bit more.
