Enjoy your time in Oatlands in a self contained guest suite with a private entrance. Well insulated, clean and cosy space.
1 Bedroom with a double bed and BIR.
Near new spacious bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity and a toilet. Small lounge with basic cooking appliances, tv, fridge and a washing machine.
Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to Oatlands IGA, cafes, shops, medical centre, mill and the lake.
This is suitable for one person and maximum two, non smoker.
Not suitable for children.
We are unable to provide a tax invoice as we are not registered for GST.
Place is centrally located. Few minutes walk to all attractions, cafes and lake.
