Experience a beautifully transformed guest room, originally a garage, in my townhouse nestled in the serene Sailfish Point of Mermaid Waters. Enjoy the free in-room Netflix, digital channels, Youtube and use of fridge and microwave and airfryer. Private bathroom and toilet. Guests are invited to unwind and enjoy the property’s amenities, including shared tennis court for a friendly match and shared refreshing NON-HEATED swimming pool, perfect for a dip with shared Barbeque area and lounge seating (shared) for a relaxing day. PLEASE NOTE: NO KITCHEN but there’s MICROWAVE and AirFryer, kettle and toaster 5mins walk to bus stop. 8mins drive or 40mins walk to Pacific Fair 5mins drive or 40 mins walk to Miami Beach 19mins drive to surfers paradise 10mins drive to Broadbeach 10mins drive to Robina Train Station 25mins drive from the airport
We both work in IT industry which can involve long hours sitting on our bums and being stressed so one of our outlet to de-stress is to travel and try new adventures! So,we understand the importance of comfort in accommodation. That’s why we do our best to ensure our property meets those standards!
