What do we like about Beechworth? We both love history - which is why we enjoy staying in Beechworth. I love checking out all of the gold mining, bushranging, Indigenous and local history of the area. I also enjoy going for walks and runs on local bush trails - nothing better than breathing in the fresh air of local forests and crossing paths with local wildlife.
Pemberton is situated in a scenic area of Beechworth. On one side of the house your view is of trees, Spring Creek and native wildlife such as kookaburras. On the other side of the house is the historic view of the Old Beechworth Gaol. Around the corner, less than 300 metres is the Beechworth Rail Trail and if you walk a little further you find yourself at Lake Sambell - perfect for a family get together.
