Pandanus Coolum is for those who wish to be close to the action but not disturbed by it. An easy scenic boardwalk to restaurants, shops and clubs avoids the noise and traffic problems of staying above restaurants. Perfect for health conscious with the three bays opposite (almost your own private beaches depending on time of year) which are perfect for surfing, fishing and exploring the rock pools. There are also scenic walks to Point Arkwright, Point Perry or down the cliff top board walk to main beach and up to Stumers Creek.
Views from the Point Perry Lookout take in north to Peregian and Sunshine Beaches and south to Old Woman island and Maroochydore. Enjoy whale watching from the new platform at first bay is perfect or just from your own room and balcony.
We love the beach and nature and love the fact that our front yard is the three bays beach and Point Perry Lookout. Surfing is a passion and First bay is exceptional and usually not so crowded. Early morning/late evening walks to look for turtles, whales and explore the rock pools are an important part of our life. Eating out is a passion and when we are busy it is so relaxing to walk to a variety of restaurants all within 10 minutes.
Our neighbours are mainly families who live here to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle. In busy times we can still enjoy the relaxed life while just a short easy walk away is the hustle bustle and noise of the holiday makers. Being set amongst nature adds to this and our lawns, gardens and trees help us all to feel at home.
