I am available mostly through booking platform messaging, but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

The apartment has been styled and curated in collaboration with local company, BDA Interior. A spacious entertainer's kitchen overlooks the expansive living area, accompanied by large double-glazed sliding doors that open onto a private north-facing balcony. From this vantage point, guests can relish serene views of the pool and village. Additionally, the apartment features two nicely separated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and ample storage. You'll never want to leave! An open central atrium allows light and air to flow into the building's core. The Kingston Foreshore is about 5 minutes away! BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: Bathroom 1 has a shower and a toilet, while Bathroom 2 has a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart Kogan TV that you can use. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. The TV also has access to local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. NOTE: Clothes dryer is not available! PARKING: The residential garage provides space for one car. There is 3-hour street parking or free parking on the road. Visitor Parking is located on the LG floor before entering the garage.
