My guesthouse is part of whole house on 2000 square metres land. It has its own entrance no need to share any facilities with owner except front yard for parking(have reserved parking space for guests). swimming pool area , tea room , decking area are all for Airbnb guests only. it is a lakeside home ,face to Lake,Yellagonga Regional Park. Enjoy sunrise in the mist and sunset on ocean. lake , ocean,train station,shopping center Arena, cinema,cafes and restaurants ..everything in 3 kilometres.
I would like to make new friends through the hosting experiences . But I understand you need your own space and privacy.
All neighbor’s house on big land. So it is good for neighbours privacy. The street which house located is quiet , all neighbours are friendly local
