Take in the breathtaking clifftop views from the numerous windows in this home. Please be aware that, due to its coastal location, the windows may show signs of wear from sea exposure. The property features an open outdoor setting at the front, creating an authentic connection to the coastal environment.
An inviting, open kitchen and dining area offer all you need to cook and enjoy meals, including an eight-seater table, a dishwasher for easy clean-up, and additional breakfast bar seating. You can also head to the outdoor table setting and fire up the BBQ, enjoying the sounds of nature and the fresh sea breezes. You’ll find two welcoming living areas, one at each end of the house, that are both complete with cosy sofas to settle in and unwind after a day of sightseeing. In one you’ll also find a TV for laidback movie nights, while a fireplace will keep you warm on cooler evenings.
Four bright and airy bedrooms each include a queen-size bed, sleeping eight guests. The primary bedroom also features a neatly appointed ensuite, while the remaining three bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom which offers a shower and a bathtub plus complimentary toiletries to refresh after a day at the beach.
Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, split system air-conditioning, a washing machine, and parking for 3-4 cars in the carport and driveway.

San Remo is a five-minute drive, where you can take a dip at the protected Children's Beach and enjoy some fish and chips along Marine Parade. Phillip Island is home to the largest Little Penguin colony in the world, and you can see them take their evening journey from the ocean to their burrows from viewing platforms and boardwalks at Penguin Parade, around a 28-minute drive. Churchill Island, featuring walking trails to spot wildlife plus a cafe and bird-watching hut, is connected to Phillip Island by bridge and takes approximately 15 minutes to reach by car from your stay.
