This home is self-contained with kitchen, open plan living and dining area, king bed, ensuite off main bedroom as well as an additional bathroom, oversized double lock up garage on property.
The entire home has been renovated to new.
A bonus for this property is the quiet and private large deck which over looks rolling green hills.
A short 12 minute drive to popular coffee shops, butcher, newsagent and restaurants.

The neighborhood around this property is very quiet, this home is located on a 5 hectare property shared with another detached residence approximately 300 metres away.
It’s a very short 12 minute drive to the popular cafes, as well as greengate shopping centre which includes a newsgancy, butcher, hairdresser, takeaway food and a local grocer. All you need is within a stone throw of this property. It is also very close to the centre of town, with the bonus of a rural country getaway.
Orange has a variety of public transport options, including local Taxi service, Uber or buses to transport you to your destinations.
