Light and fresh indoors, the raked ceiling provides a feeling of endless space through the open plan living area and seamlessly opens onto the alfresco. Gather your loved ones for a long table lunch with the glittering ocean as your backdrop. Drawing inspiration from the landscape, the contemporary, coastal interiors are perfect for lazy days: plush oatmeal-coloured sofas to sink into and relax. The entry level houses the master bedroom with generous ensuite with a deep bath to luxuriate in. This floor also contains a second bedroom and ensuite, and the open plan kitchen-dining-lounge space. Apricus is located in the iconic South West coastal town of Yallingup in the exclusive Cave Ridge Estate. Famous for it's surf and spectacular elevated Indian Ocean views towards Sugarloaf Rock in the north and Canal Rocks in the south. Yallingup Lagoon provides a beautifully, sheltered swimming area and the long sweeping beach is bordered by the pristine bushland of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Ngilgi Cave sits within the National Park and the historic Caves House is located close to the property. Lagoon cafe & restaurant is located near the beach, and you are close to many wineries, boutique breweries, art galleries and cellar doors. Yallingup is also close to Smiths Beach and Injidup Beach, and less than a 10 minute drive from the township of Dunsborough.
