The house is located in Gerasdorf, directly at the border of Vienna. You can reach the center of Vienna in 20 minutes by public transport. You are renting a private room in this house, so the bedroom is completely private and can be locked. The two bathrooms, the separate toilet, the kitchen, the living room, the terrace, and another small kitchenette on the upper floor are shared with all rooms. The common areas have AC. The room types “Deluxe Double Room“ and “Superior Double Room“ have AC in the bedrooms as well. You can park on or directly next to the property for free.
