Roof top apartment, spacious and well equipped. Next to the Kaiserburg cable car, to the Römerbad Spa, to the golf course. Large dining room with kitchenette ( with dishwasher ) and a dining table for 6 , balcony with mountain view, living room with sofa-bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, two double bedrooms. Skiroom and free parking space. 3rd floor WITHOUT LIFT. Rooftop apartment with roofwindows in the bedrooms.
