The family-run PEOPLE'S Hotel is located at the entrance to Kaprun, directly at the ski lift 3K K-onnection with direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. The spa area includes a sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. Free WiFi is available.

A ski school and ski rental are located in the same building as PEOPLE'S Hotel. An ice rink and a flood-lit cross-country ski run are nearby.
The ski bus stop is only 50 metres away, and the Tauern bike path passes the guest house.
The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included from 15 May until 15 October, and allows free admission and discounts at several local attractions, as well as for cable cars and public transport.

The Pension Alpenrose will be expanded from 21.2.2022 with an underground car park and new building. The opening of the new building will be in December 2022.
