My brand-new & fully refurbished 2-room flat with self-check-in is just 10 min from the city centre away. It is located directly at the metro station U6 Alser Strasse in a Fin-de-siecle building. It offers a beautiful view on the historical Otto-Wagner-Stadtbahn. You will find here everything you need for your perfect stay in Vienna: a cozy double bed and a pull-out sofa, an espresso machine & a washing machine with dryer, a baby cot, fresh llinen and towels as well as enough towels & dishes.The 55 sqm big flat consists of a: - a bedroom with double bed - a living room with pull-out sofa and dining & working table - a kitchen with espresso machine, dishes, oven - an entree - a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer - a separate toilette

Just 5-10 min walking distance from my place direction city centre: - Altes AKH with its beautiful green courtyards and lovely restaurants and cafes opposite direction, outside of the Hernalser Gürtel: - Brunnenmarkt - Europe`s longest green market - Yppenplatz/Brunnenmarkt with a lot of cafes and restaurants to sit outside Public transportation: Metro: U6 station Alser Straße with connection to U3 at Westbahnhof U3 station Westbahnhof, in 10 min to Stephansplatz (city centre) tramway: line 43, station Alser Straße in 10 min. at the Schottentor (Ring, Universität Wien, old city/city centre) from the airport: take the train CAT to Wien Mitte, from here take the metro line U3 to Westbahnhof and from Westbahnhof the metro line U6 to Alser Straße
