The new (2021) very high-quality apartments for 2-6 people in alpine style are located directly at the foot of the great Ötscher. In winter, the ski slopes are right outside the front door (Alpine & Nordic) and in summer, in addition to the Erlaufsee and Lunzer See, the natural spectacle of the Ötscher-Graeben, the "Grand Canyon of Austria". All units have large terraces, branded fitted kitchens made in Germany, comfortable box-spring beds, complete quality furnishings and large flat-screen HD TVs.
