The ‘la Montanara’ house (newly built in 2016/17) is situated on a sunny hillside in the immediate vicinity of the village centre. It houses the Montanara Lodge - design & family holiday flat, in the middle of the romantic mountain village of Brand, at the foot of the Schesaplana. At 2,965 metres, the Schesaplana is the highest mountain in the Rätikon. The ‘Montanara Lodge’ - design & family holiday flats is designed as a holiday residence to a high standard - just like at home. With an area of around 80 m2 (Scesaplana apartment) and around 52 m2 (Mottakopf apartment), they offer fully equipped space for the whole family or an adventurous holiday with friends. The flats are both at ground level in House B (Top 3 and 4). A lift takes you from the underground car park with reserved parking space directly to the door of the flat. A comfortable garden with around 150 m2 of green space and a beautiful sun terrace with outdoor furniture offers plenty of space for ‘chilling out’ for adults or ‘roaming & discovering’ for children. (Note: self-check-in - before arrival you will receive the code for the key box with the arrival information and can access your holiday flat conveniently and independently after your arrival).

In Brandnertal you will find everything you need for relaxation, fun and variety in the immediate vicinity. A variety of offers for the highest demands! An individually bookable ‘bread roll service’ for breakfast, a practice ski lift for beginners or children behind the house, a cross-country ski trail directly in front of the house, a petting zoo, a wellness area with indoor pool in the neighbouring hotel, a tennis court, the Brandnertal bike park, the ‘Alvierbad’ bathing lake (free entry for our guests) or an 18-hole golf course are inviting highlights in the immediate vicinity.
