This semi-detached luxury chalet with modern architecture is located 915 meters above sea level and was completed in 2021. On 240m² of living space are 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a spa area. The large window fronts offer a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The nearest ski lift is within walking distance. During the summer many hiking, biking and climbing trails in the immediate vicinity offer a pleasant variety of activities.
On the first floor is the open living/dining area with an elegant kitchen including a cooking island and appliances from Miele. A fireplace sets a cozy vibe on cooler days and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
