Property information

This bright and spacious apartment is a great option for a traveling group or a family of up to 4 people. Very comfortable and very quiet, the apartment is based in the ninth district "Alsergrund". 5 minutes walking distance from the city center (first district) provides easy access to many of Vienna's top attractions, such as St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg Palace, and the Vienna State Opera.

Neighbourhood information

French flair, historical relevance and beautiful architecture make the "Servitenviertel" one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in vienna. There is lots of delicious restaurants and cafes you can explore. Even though you are only minutes away from the city center there is plenty of park and it is mostly quiet at night time.
