The 2019 newly built small house with garden is located in the middle of a pure residential area in Velden's quiet location very close to the train station or tennis courts. It is nobly equipped in modern design. The nearest grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and the center and the lake can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. The nearly 80m2 large ground floor house offers space for 4 people.
In just 5 minutes you can walk to the center where you can find restaurants, bars, the casino Velden, a bakery and much more. To the nearest supermarket it is 350m and 250m to the train station. By car it takes 25 minutes to the popular excursion destination Pyramidenkogel, 15 minutes to the mountain railroad Gerlitzen Alpe at Lake Ossiach and 20 minutes to the center of the next larger city Villach.
