Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ehemaligen Bauernhof, in einem schönen ruhigen Dorf nahe Schrems und Gmünd und ist verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Ein Zwei- und ein Dreibettzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch sowie eine Wohnküche und ein vollausgestattetes Badezimmer komplettieren die Unterkunft. Der geschlossene Innenhof eignet sich besonders für Kinder.
Im Ort befindet sich ein traditionelles Gasthaus mit Hausmannskost aber auch gehobener Küche sowie ein Bäcker und eine Fleischhauerei. In Schrems (5 km) finden sie diverse Supermärkte, Lokale, das Unterwasserreich, Kunstmuseum, Moorbad, Himmelsleiter.
