The small building was built right by the owners quite recently on our soil. Above the apartment that we rent, we have another apartment / loft very nice place to happily spend our winter and summer holidays. The materials used for construction are of first choice.

I am a young Italian boy and often spend my holidays in the beautiful Bad Kleinkirhheim in the next apartment what we rent. I'm very sportsman and I love go skiing and snowboarding. I have worked for Club Med in Europe as a tennis instructor in many places in Europe. I returned recently after a year of University in Moscow, where I attended a specialized course managment of tourism connected with the University of Milan Bicocca. I'm finishing my studies at the University of Milan Bicocca and I am often on the slopes with perfect and fun snow for experts and beginners of Bad Kleinklirchheim. I love live music and must point out a great musical event soon: The 'Wenn die Musi spielt' Open Air is the festival for all music live fans! For many years the Musi, both winter and summer in Bad Kleinkirchheim, was the most crowded, suggestive and important festival of the year in Austria. The biggest après ski party in Carinthia is present on 27 and 28 January 2017 at the Kaiserburg valley station (hours 7,30 pm). The program will be broadcast on January 30 in TV.

It is a very nice area in summer and winter. Trails for alpine and Nordic skiing, headed for families free by ski experts from 9.30 to 2 hours, descent at dawn with Franz Klammer, skiing at night with music, entertainment and cuisine, winter footpaths with Pony, torchlight processions, skiing world championships, demonstrations, music, kite skiing, skating, polo etc.. In winter I would also recommend Roman baths: are unique in the world, placed on three floors, the meditations and vaporizations with chocolate (make you beautiful and happy) with honey (purifies and nourishes the skin), with ice cream and fruit. From the terrace on the third floor you can dive in the pool on the hydromassage beds and to enjoy a unique emotion to the magnificent views on the ski slopes both night and day (see photo). There are many nice places, curious and interesting to visit: Milltstaat Lake, Spittal, Gmund, Turacher, Klagenfurt, Villach .. My favorite place is the Nockalmstrasse, in Summer is a magical place unique in the world to discover in particular Silva Magica and Karlbad (natural baths). Hiking, many exciting cultural activities - in pasture, as cheese is made, how to work the wood....
