Ajasem is a quiet and green neighborhood at the entrance of Shkodër, perfect for rest and relaxation. Just 1 km away is the historic Rozafa Castle, offering breathtaking views. The area is surrounded by natural beauty, including the Drin and Kir rivers, which pass nearby and create a fresh, peaceful atmosphere.
