Chi’s place and her family were wonderful. I arrived quite late, bus had complications. No worries. I stayed 2nights in a dorm room. Each bed can have a lot of privacy, house is clean, new, lockers in the room, nice clean bathroom for the room, little kitchen area with tea and coffee. Few free bananas there. She and family helped with everything i needed. Free bicycles, she suggested a very good dining restaurant very close by, in a nice, hidden and private location. And Imperial city in walking distance!

Staff were amazing so helpfull and greatfull helped us with any questions we both had. Beds were so comfortable. Very clean hostel. Highly recommend this Hostel to anyone. It is so close to everything and is down a quiet allyway tucked behind the main road.

The Family is very friendly and helpful. I love her Coffee so delicious. The Mother is so sweet and funny as well and her Son is very kind and he speaks very well english. They organize a Bus to Ninh Binh for us. We're so glad that we stayed in this wonderful Homestay.

The hostel is in an almost hidden dead-end alley, so it's super quiet and you don't hear any noise. The AC worked wonders, and the front desk lady (Fin) was a lifesaver and very helpful. I had an issue with my debit card, and she managed to offer me cash back and took care of all the necessary bookings and logistics for me. I'll be forever grateful to her. The comfiest bed I've slept on in my 3 months of backpacking through Southeast Asia.

Booked a day trip to the Imperial City and tombs through the hotel. It was so cheap and the guide was great. No hassles. The hotel itself is in a great spot, easy to get back to after a long day.
