Chi and his wife are the nicest people. The place is located 15/20 min from the center by bicycle (they are free), close to the imperial city. Dorm is comfy, bathroom is the best I've seen in Vietnam. They dropped me at the bus station and offered me snacks so I wouldn't have to walk under the rain, they helped me with booking my bus.

Sam was an amazing host! He was kind enough to make me VEGAN breakfast 3 days in the row, which is hugely appreciated as it’s not always the case. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and the location is great as well. I would definitely stay again :)

It definitely felt like home. Coming from a long train ride, Bonjour hostel was the home I needed to rejuvenate and regroup. Was in a mixed dorm my dormmates was really cool. The location of the hostel is amazing. The owner literally ask you to choose from the menu what you want for breakfast and makes it in real time: fresh and hot. The receptionist her name is Tee, I couldn't pronounce her Vietnamese name so she told me her ither name. She is an exceptional person, very professional, very kind, and gracious. You literally feel the care when you walk in. I hope to stay here again and hope to see Tee again soon.

Staff were amazing so helpfull and greatfull helped us with any questions we both had. Beds were so comfortable. Very clean hostel. Highly recommend this Hostel to anyone. It is so close to everything and is down a quiet allyway tucked behind the main road.

The host is super friendly. I never experience any nice host like her and her family. Room price is reasonable not to say cheap and the value received is much more than that. With 3 days stay, we also got 1 free laundry which was very unexpected and thats very nice from the host. She gave us free banana, biscuits and free water everyday. I was very happy with our stay. Would come back if we ever come back to Hue city. I highly recommend this hotel for budget.
