All the staff are really caring. The reception staff also speak good English. The female dorm was cleaned daily with new towels and water. The room had a shared fridge and kettle. The pool is also really clean, with an excellent view of the city. I also appreciated the free daily breakfast. This is a really safe place for solo women travellers. Thank you for everything, and I hope to stay again soon.

I got the private room and it was very spacious, the bed was huge and the staff were all very friendly and helped me book my tour to ha long bay for a better deal than online along with pick up and drop off

We really couldn’t of asked for anything more, we arrived late (early hours in the morning), and the key was left on the desk for us to let ourselves into our room. We were given the choice of which room we’d like to stay in too. Breakfast was amazing, we were even treated to extra fruit! We were helped out with booking a boat tour, and the owner even got us some dinner before we caught our night bus, as we were going to be short on time to have a shower and get food after our tour. We cannot recommend this hostel enough in Halong!
