I was honestly surprised by how intimate the setting was. I was in the single room on the first floor as I was advised to have since I had a lot of heavy luggage from shopping and the hotel didn't have an elevator. Only a little bit of stairs to climb. Also, I left something in Hoi An and asked if I could have it shipped there (and this was before I even checked in and arrived) and they said yes and happily took care of it until I arrived. Everyone was nice and super responsive. There are pets but they are trained and not unruly, and they are small.
