The hosts are very kind and considerate. They let us checked in early in the morning despite having our check-in time at 2 pm. They/he even helped us book for a cheaper private car to and from the airport. We were so grateful for having such wonderful hosts, plus the location is just walking distance from shops and food stalls.

Located in the Old Quarter across the street from Hoan Kiem Lake, Little Diamond Hotel 2 offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel also houses a restaurant. Great location, right in the city center but still quiet. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful, they helped us arrange our bus to Sapa. Highly recommended!

It's quiet even though you're in the city center, and honestly, I made some great friends here. Will 100% come back next time I’m in Hanoi. It's a bit hard to find the place but the staff was so helpful

Facilities like showers and lockers were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A very convenient and affordable option for short stays, would definitely stay again

They are happy to give you all the information and help you need. They served me some tea while waiting in the lobby, helped me book a tour and a bus, and made sure the pickups would go smoothly.
