All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Good space to hang around. Very clean. The room and bed was good. Staff was supernice and helpful. Breakfast.. Serials, toast and Coffee was a nice bonus. I definitley recommand! :-)

This is a simple, clean, secure, safe and quiet accommodation right at the centre of Chiang Mai old town. it is in a small alley so it is completely isolated from any street noise. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. The staff is very smiley and welcoming. This is not a hotel so don't expect to have luxury facilities or daily room cleaning. For a short stay considering the price, location and cleanliness, we thought it was a great value for money. It is cozy place with all the basic needs included.
