It had an ‘indoor/outdoor’ feel to it. Lots of common areas if you want to socialize or sit on your own. It was nice to be able to sit and watch Netflix - something I had not done in 3 months of travel. Staff were very friendly, always were ready to help. They helped carry my luggage in and out for my taxi and up their stairway. Kitchen area was clean and breakfasts were good with fresh fruit, eggs, and something hot daily. There is also a nice little cafe attached if you want to buy coffee or a meal. I love that was a place to do laundry. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The LOL Elephant Hostel was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The location was about an hour away from the Bangkok International Airport (BKK) and I used Grab for transportation. The location is surrounded by local residents and businesses which enhances the cultural experience. I overall recommend The LOL Elephant Hostel!

The common areas are vibrant and perfect for relaxing, working, or meeting new people. The rooftop area and café add an extra charm to the whole experience. The staff are outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything you need. The location is also excellent, close to major attractions, food spots, and transport options. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay with amazing value for money. Highly recommended for both solo travelers and groups!

A short walk from Ari BTS Skytrain Station, The Yard Bangkok Hostel features a communal area and a garden. Free WiFi is available in public areas. We loved the included breakfast the most. This hostel is eco friendly (drinking water on tap, packaging free breakfast etc) and we loved that, as we hadn't seen many options like this in Thailand. The service was amazing, and the outdoor area was welcoming, comfortable, and a total vibe. The location is quiet inner sity suburbia, I felt like we were staying in a very local area.
