There is everything you need in a hostel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, well planned common spaces, and attentive host. 5 minutes from city center but in silent place. I highly recommend Partenope!

It was such a pleasure staying at the Aires hostel! The owner was such a hard working woman and you could feel that she put her heart into every detail. We arrived quite early in the morning and I asked if it was possible to check in earlier. She told us there were guests checking out in the morning so it was not possible to get into the room earlier but when we arrived, she already had the room ready within such a short time!! We checked in way earlier than expected, which was super nice :-) all other areas are incredibly clean and she provides some basic things in the kitchen like coffee and fresh fruit besides the standard kitchen utensils. Alexandra and her family and partner took great care of us and it felt a lot like staying with a local family. I can only highly recommend staying here if you’re in Pico!! Besides the incredible interpersonal experience, the hostel is also in a good location. Just 5 minutes walking to the next supermarket and there are swimming spots very close by as well. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such an amazing stay at your hostel!

Our stay at Matriz 55 was incredible. Our hosts Susana and Pedro were so friendly and helpful. They were nice enough to allow us to check-in early and they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotel is very clean and perfectly situated. The sheets and the towels smelled amazing. The breakfast was an especially nice treat with all local ingredients. We highly recommend this hotel and would come back again!

The hostel was in a cracking location above a superb cafe and near a supermarket. We were very comfortable and the shared kitchen was really useful. Would recommend.

Excellent place to stay. Only 10 minutes by bus to get downtown. The room was clean, staff was friendly. We had all the amenities we needed. Excellent for what you pay.

I just stayed for one night but it was definitely one of the best hostel experiences I had as it didn’t feel like a hostel. Loved the interior design of the hostel, everything is quite new, modern, stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s free coffee and tea all day. There is a big nice outdoor area.
